A kiss on the hand may be quite continental but diamonds are a girl's best friend.
A kiss may be grand but it won't pay the rental on your humble flat, or help you at the automat.
…
Your project theme should be Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend and must not be larger than 45" in any direction. It can be a square, rectangle (no longer than 45") or a circle (no larger than 45" diameter).
You may include the diamond shape, diamond rings, diamond colors, etc.
It must be finished, which means if it is a quilt or wallhanging, it must be quilted, bound and labeled. Same restrictions apply if you are a knitter, crocheter, or hand stitcher.
There won't be any categories; just 1st, 2nd and 3rd place ribbons and President's Choice.
CHALLENGE CREATIVITY!!!!
The President of TNT issues a “challenge” for all guild members to make a project following a certain theme, color scheme, shape, etc. The project is deliberately left vague so that the membership can use their particular skills to develop a project that will be unique.
The project is designed to be challenging and stretch the membership’s skills and allow growth in creativity.
The challenge projects are shared with the membership in the April meeting where the members pick their favorites in an informal show. The president also picks a favorite project.
